What is your shipping policy?
Turnaround
All Afsoün items on the website are produced to order and ship within one week or less from the order date. In some instances, production may take two to three weeks depending on material availability. In that case, we will notify you within 24 hours of placing the order. ALL SALES FINAL.
Carriers
We use USPS for all orders within the United States. For orders outside of the US, please e-mail us before placing the order.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Partial Shipment
If your order contains multiple pieces, we will ship all items in stock and items that will require additional time will be shipped free of charge at a later time.
How do I exchange an item?
At Afsoün, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Our items are always handmade with the highest quality materials, and with intricate attention to detail. If any of the items in your order are incorrect or defective in any way, please contact us for an exchange within 7 days of the date of receipt.
No refunds will be accepted. All sales are final.
If the item you received is incorrect or defective, please e-mail Afsoün (studio@afsoün.com) within 7 days, and we will arrange for the return of the item at no cost to you for a replacement of the same style or a suitable alternative. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and include the original receipt.
Please understand that all products sold on Afsoün are handmade! There will always be variation in shape, color and size. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Afsoün will complete a full inspection of the item and determines that the item was either defective or incorrect. This determination is in the sole discretion of Afsoün and all decisions are final.
If any items were clearly mishandled or worn, the item will be returned to the customer without a refund or exchange. This determination is in the sole discretion of Afsoün and all decisions are final.
Afsoün items are handmade in our studio once ordered; we do not keep items in stock. Due to this rare and personal nature of our art, we do not process refunds.
